Available for runners of all abilities and ages from Couch to 5k, through marathon PBs.

Yes, many athletes coached have returned from injury, both acute and chronic, so long as your physiotherapist or health care provider gives you the green light. We can work with your physio to create a return to running plan.
We also have recommended physiotherapists to get you back to running more quickly.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
Setting up a call is no pressure and commitment free.

Each week you’ll receive a custom training plan through Final Surge. You won’t have any platform fees to pay for Final Surge, and onboarding can be arranged so you get comfortable with the platform quickly.
Each week, you’ll have a call or voice note from your coach with feedback on your training.
You’ll have direct daily WhatsApp contact with your coach, so any burning questions on the day of training can be answered.

We understand that changes happen, whether its’ financially or you simply don’t have the time to train.
If you need to pause or cancel coaching with us, we bill until the last week of the month unless previously agreed. Simply let your coach know via WhastApp.

Coach Tom can travel where needed, it’s possible to organise in-person coaching outside of Loughborough at additional cost.
Ideally, we will work with you to find a day and time that works alongside a public race track.
